Looking for a Flash Designer for website header, Suggestions?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to hire a flash designer to do a header for my web dev company Pwrsites - www.pwrsites.com

Any suggestions on where I should look? I have hired designers in the past but i'm looking for a new solutions.

The header will be the size of the top large image. Nothing to special, just a few transitions really..
