I have read that the fist seconds when visitors land on your site are very important. If they do not like it or do not understand it right away then they leave. I did have a look at your site and it was bit unclear to me what it is about and even you, the site owner do not know what is your site main niche. I think you have to do some work on your site so that if visitors lands on it they can clearly see what is the site about.
Actually, I am confused, Is it education related niche, resources or training related. The site is all about presentations related to different subjects.
It is hardly surprising that you are finding it hard to establish a niche. I looked at a couple of presentations and could not see that they possessed any value. I think you are attempting to cover too many areas. I suggest you confine yourself to just one type of presentation, and build good content about that to establish your niche. Go back to the drawing board, Research your niche, your competition etc. then purchase a domain and build a content rich site which provides benefits to visitors
This can be business enhancement skills, entrepreneurship skills, job training skills, effective communication skills or topics related to all these. From the start, you know what niche already but you just can't formulate the right general topic to it. Good start though.
Your site is entirely about personality development, communication development for the persons who need to get trained for entering into their job career. I suggest you to make content then based upon that you can select your niche accordingly.
