I like the ON button idea. overall it is still a little plain for me and needs more detail or maybe different font

 

I like this one, but I would prefer it to be in green. What is the icon supposed to represent?

Sure thing. I like the concept but the background design is kind of dark and is hard to see. The font also looks a little choppy, maybe it's the image quality.

 

These two are my favorites so far. Looking for more submissions!

I removed the rectangle, made the hand and the font bigger, to represent better the "power" :
