i have had my site for up to a year now and it has a page rank of 1. Can you guys pleasssee evaluate my site for me.

At least 30 unique visitors a day. I haven't done too much promotion of the site

 

If it is making money, you can get a rough estimate of its worth by figuring somewhere between 6x to 12x the monthly net. If it isn't earning any money, it has little value as it is now.

 

According to http://www.sitevaluecalculator.com it is worth $83, I know they are not that accurate but hey.

mjewel is right, just times your monthly net profit by 6 and that is your sites worth.

yeah i never find site evaluators to be accurate, they all throw of different prices. I guess at the end of the day also its what a person wants to pay for the website
