I was just curious about search engines like google can black list a site and they can remove it fron there index. What happens if the site was on Pay per click also, will google remove the site from PPC acount too??

This is just a guess backed by nothing but reason, but i see no reason for Google to reconsider a ban just because you are on PPC as a publisher or advertiser... if you break their TOS you're banned; no way around that.

I also do not know the answer for sure. But I assume that if google de-indexes your site, they will probably not allow adwords traffic to be sent there either. And if you keep a poor quality site on ppc you could get banned... It happened to me. It was even active, it was paused.

Agree with you here. Even I feel that by just having on PPC will get you blacklisted. If it does happen, it would be really harsh from Google.
