They are limiting my accounts for no reason I can't open new accounts because of PAN Card issues. I submitted all the documents (3 months back) but they won't reply, limited an account created on my sisters name today, submitted all the documents again but I'm not hopeful, can't call them as well as I can't speak in a female voice and my sis wouldn't know what to talk. I think its time to shift.... anyone uses Plimus here? Experience? My earnings are 5K-25k USD/month and the only problem is that they send all of it together on the 15th, so much money at once and I'll have to start paying taxes....another option was to use Payoneer with Plimus, is it safe to use payoneer for such big amounts? Can I go to an ATM and withdraw 1-2 lac at one go? And stack up the cash? There would be no tax issues then I guess? Did I mention that Paypal sucks?

I tried PayPal 3 times and since that facing multiple problems, ( i admit i did mistake only once ) Only me, my FAMILY and God knows, what sort of financial crisis right now i am facing. BTW my account was not limited becoz of PAN.
My account wasn't limited coz of pan eighter but I can't make a new one because of PAN. I just figured that you could type in any shit in the PAN field and it accepts it lol

Using Payoneer is much fees. You know, payoneer charges withdrawl fees, monthly maintenance fee, loading fee. Also, start using moneybookers. It is the best and same like paypal,but moneybookers is good than paypal.
I am confused.paypal allows 2 accounts per person...but you only have 1 PAN card....can you use one card for both?
payoneer is good alternative for paypal ,there is no problem with them. But the only problem is fees are little bit higher than paypal, yes you can withdraw 1-2 lac from india ATM's. Good luck
For an amount of cash ranging above 5 grand a month, why don't you just setup a bank wire? It will go a lot faster and you also get a much better conversion rate, so much better conversion rate that you'll even earn back the wire fee. Paypal is for smaller payments, they do accept high transfers such as yours but it sure will ring a lot of bells and whistles in their security department.
Well did this happen because u indulge in blackhat activities ? i think paypal doesnt actually like these kind of activites ..
that why I'm not keeping my money on them,.. when I got limit I just withdraw to my local bank,.. so I just keep my balance about $100 or less,.. so there is no big deal when they close your account
The payments are many but small in denomination like $100-$600 so wire transfer is not feasible. Yeah they said account access is restored Its only adsense, Paypal is just for receiving payments from customers. The big deal is that you can't make another one and hence lose sales.
I've had my paypal account for about 8 years and never had any problems. I have jumped trough all there hoops, confirming all the info they require and now that I have one really good day of sales they have closed my account pending investigation. I'm totally confused to why now my account is been used as I had told them it would be through there system that they have decided that I'm doing something wrong.
