Selling Established Mortgage blog for sale

This site has been established for 2+ years now. It does not have adsense on it at this time, but anyone can add that feature to it. Site would be great for anyone that is in the mortgage industry or anyone that is looking to make money with adsense. Articles are being automatically posted to site from my online real estate network and can continue to do so if you wish.

 

Hey Can you send me screen shots of the traffic, any revenue stream, and a count of how much of the content is unique to the site. (articles that were written for the site alone not any other sites)

 

Attached you will see a screen shot of this months traffic that will show hits with bots and hits without bots. As the description states, the site is being syndicated now. Unfortunately, I do not have time to sit down and tell you how many of the 484 post are unique to the site. I can tell you that more than half of them are, but I am not sure of the actual number. As for the revenue stream that is currently being paid on this site, it is solely based on ONE link that is sold through LinkWorth.com that generates $10 a month. A year ago I had adsense on it and other ads but removed them as I was still in the mortgage industry and did not feel up to continually competing with Google ads to get loan applications, so I removed it. With that said, I can tell you that I was making more than $100 a month with adsense at that time.
