    I guess You should register for google adsense, It didn't come automatically with blogspot.

    You need to submit your site to Adsense Homepage. Adsense team will review your blog before you can put the adsense ads inside your blog

    If you have blogs already then try to register on adsense using your site. After you get approve, paste the adsense code on your blog and that's it. Ads will automatically appear on your blog.
