I like the basic layout, makes the articles readable. However I think you need a logo on this site, and need to float the Home link on the left as opposed to the right. The header needs some work as well, I feel like it was dropped in there on a whim. The Search box overlaps this which looks a bit disturbing. Overall, you just need a couple of adjustments to make your site look better...

 

Thanks for your suggestion, but what do you mean with the sentence above...

 

I mean I can see your "Home" link at the far right of the home page. It needs to be on the left for conventional access and people usually look for that link at the left, not on the right. It looks out of place...

Seems good blog you have, try to limit your post words or paragraph via "WP Post Limit" plugin, then fill side widgets with correct contents , overall good blog.
