Does traffic exchange help my site?

    I just wanted to know if I should use something like easyhits4u.com to improve my site's rank (alexa), views etc.
    Or maybe you have a better suggestion?

    Traffic exchanges can help you pad your website stats but don't expec the traffic to click on any ads or buying anything.

    It may help your stats but they won't buy anything so it's a complete waste of time.

    Alexa ranking? Please ... not again! Alexa ranking is a waste of time as a metric.

    Also, "other search engines" don't use PageRank ... so rajen, sorry but you're completely mistaken.

    You can any SEO tool instead of traffic exchanges. traffic exchanges are of no use.

    Yes, it will helps your alexa rank stats but it wouldn't change those traffic into profit.. And a gentle reminder for rajendradhakal, PR have nothing to do with traffic stats..

    Traffic exchanges are good to expose your site to the world. But spending time in getting targeted users is better.
