How to Create Remarkable Titles?

I just finished a post creating great titles, though I wouldn't consider it a post; more like a resource. I think you will enjoy it, and I wish to receive feedback on it. As I said, I want it to be the most in-depth resource on creating great titles.

    Thanks: Creating Remarkable Titles

I just checked your site and I liked it, but I thought you should have use the word 'Headline' instead of 'Title' in your title i.e. 'Creating Remarkable Headlines'. It sounds more newsworthy and therefore readable, don't you think?

p.s. As a matter of interest, how did you manage to put the anchor text in your post. I can't find instructions as to where the HTML/source button is?

Thanks, and you're right it does sound better. I am considering changing it.

What exactly are you referring to by anchor text?

Interesting article. Thanks. A few recommendations are

    1) Place the keywords at the beginning of the title
    2) Limit the title to 60 charaters
    3) Avoid the use of stop words
