SEO Hosting + VPS/dedicated

    I need 5 C-class different IPs combined with the performance of VPS/dedicated server. Budget is up to $100 (which most likely crosses out dedicated server). What company could I use for that purpose? SEOHosting/HostGator, I am using at the moment, don't provide those services together.

    I dont think cheap solution will help you if you are looking for SEO as well. Your site browsing should be fast ..and cheap provider will have overloaded nodes.

    Get a cheap dedicated server. Then every week request 8 new ip's for the server and hope they don't ask for justification and if they do they make something up? If you're lucky it would be in a different class-c ip range. That's probably your best bet. You can probably do the same with a VPS.
