how do i find out whether my site banned by google from search engine?

 

simply site:yoursite.tdl and see if your site is indexed or not.

 

signup google webmaster,submit your site,if you site get banned,big G will prompt you.

 

You may consider these ways I assume your websites had indexed pages and link popularity in Google already.

1. Check your indexed pages by type site:domain.com in Google.com. If your pages have not been found - Likely Banned
2. Check your link popularity by type link:domain.com in Google.com. If your website has no single links toward - Likely Banned
3. Type your domain.com in Google.com. If your domain itself is not appear in first 2 pages / 20 results - Likely Banned

 

Is it illegal material? Or are you in a different country than the US?

you don't do anything it' will re-crawl your site and re-index your website
but you have try to do any more thing you will again banned
so try to do your seo works

 

Installing seoquake add-on on your Firefox would be also helpful for this purpose. If you found the indexed page is 0 for your sites, they might have been banned.

i dont think google will unbanned your site anf if they do, it will be very hard.
