But you have to edit your "About" and if you what to convert your opt-in you have to change a little ..and instead of "Sign up to receive breaking news
as well as receive other site updates!" try to give them a good reason to put their email.
Give them a study course or a seo video for free.

Contents good, but too simple color composition. My suggestion, add a touch of color to attract

 

I like the site, but I would make the call to action stronger for the opt in, make it more enticing.
