Can’t select database ! Plz help

Unfortunately I delete mysql database. and sorry to say that I have no experience about how to create a new database. So when I am going to install a new wordpress for my new site a message is shown-

Please help me to give a direction how to create a new database in my hosting 0fees.net. and How I can install wordpress for my site.

 

Just go to MySqlDatabases in your cpanel and create a new database.

You need to delete the config.php from your the site before you can install a new installation.

I delete the config.php and try a new installation. but same message is shown. no improvement. whats wrong? Plz give me some guide
