    Must have at least 2gigRAM
    Core2Duo or more ( No single core, Pentium 4 ...etc)
    500Go Hard Drive +
    Unmetered

    Must accept 2checkpout or GoogleCheckout
    no Setup Fee, 100$ Us Max per month.
    Speed test required.

    You can get it at something more than $100 without the windows License. The windows license itself will cost you around 12 Euros.
