The worse movie I ever watched was Vanilla Sky with Tom Cruise in it. I bought the stupid movie, watched and then got so ticked at myself for buying the stupid thing. It made no sense and was completely boring.

I'll remember not to buy or rent that one. I dislike movies when if you watch their lips the words do not match. It's like they are actually saying something else. They are probably really telling us all off.

they didnt even bother to make it seem realistic. They open their mouths and start singing perfectly and its just weird.

Garfield - I saw with my young son and he enjoyed it - I couldn't even pretend that I enjoyed it when i was trying to protect his feelings as we walked out of the cinema.

Bewitched - I got a rare evening out with my wife and we saw the only film that didn't look awful, but unfortunately it was - I cringed all the way through. I actually like Will Ferrell in Zoolander. But not in Bewitched. It was a crime against humanity.

Vanilla Sky is one of my all-time favorite films! But I'm just a peon, so what would I know?

"Napolean Dynamite" ruled... The first time I saw it, I was like WTF? This is retarded. Then I got into it. "Basketball" had that affect on me as well. There are just too many scenes in both of those movies that make you laugh so hard you have to watch it again.

The worst movies I can think of are:

    "Perfect Storm"
    "Cabin Boy"
    "Fantasia"
    "12 Monkeys"
"Pirates of the Carribean (ONE)" I liked two.
    The latest "Batman"

There are more, but that would take all day.

that makes sense, I can't fault you for either of those scenarios!! :D

We were in the same boat, wife & I had a rare time to hang out and jeez, there just wasn't anything remotely good to see at the theatre.

    ----------------------

One of the longest(elapsed time) jokes on Family Guy is of Stewie going to great lengths after he saw Bewitched, to fly to CA, goto a hardware store, buy a step ladder, take a taxi over to WF's house, get up on the ladder, ring the doorbell and then bitch slap him - saying "NOT FUNNY"!!!!

    I liked it too.

I think a bad movie for hype vs. quality would be Dukes of Hazzard.

I can't think of the name of it right now, but it was a shocker. Some really low budget flick which filmed the events of a couple getting lost at sea and eventually loosing the battle to sharks. One scene in the ocean pretty much makes up the whole story, you just wanted them to hurry up and die, lol.

    12 Monks for sure.
Perfect Storm, POC, the latest Batman I'd have to disagree, but w/e.

I'm not much of a movie goer, but I have to say the dumbest movie I've ever watched and turned off because it was so dumb was MARS ATTACKS. Never have I been so completely disgusted and bored of what comes out of a hollywood flick as I have for this movie... It gets a 10 on my stupid scale.
