how to find black hat techniques in sites ?

I am new in SEO

So i want to know that how can i check black hat techniques in our sites because i want to check my site bocz my company's last seo doing some illegel things to my site

so will you please advice me that how can i check my site that used black hat techniques for SEO ?

Too much keyword density, adding keywords in header and footer (in the template, not in code) etc can be a good pointer, though mild use of the same cannot be considered spammy.

Check the report to see where all they have submitted the links while link building

Check the Back link of your site if you get it from irrelevant and adult sites that means they doing black hat Seo with your site...........

 

Dude just check if most of the links are from Blogs..... If yes then he used SB or Xrumer obviously... But this is a myth that using BH tech can get your site punished otherwise everybody will buy BH tools and spam links to their competition!
