Status: PendingDelete -- When this domain will be available?

Hello - I have my eyes on a domain name that's pending delete. I know that technically it should be deleted and become available on the 28. I'm trying to monitor it closely and hoping to be able to register it.
    here's the whois info:
Does anyone have an idea when this will happen? I'm talking about approximate hour/time?

    Thanks

The best way is to backorder it. If it's valuable name it's quite possible some else will go for it too. You really have poor chances to beat backordering systems. They snap a name in a matter of a fraction of second. So, it will be probably unavailable after first second after deletion.

It's been registered by snapnames at 3:20 EST, I backordered it w them but now It's on a closed auction. there's 20 ppl bidding and will last 2 days. I'm not doing anything until the last minutes and i'm planning on going little high on it.

I wanted a domain that was "pending delete". I backordered it and 3 days later it was mine. I used godaddy.

I guess nobody was after it.. the one I wanted turned out that there's 20 ppl back ordering it so it's on auction now.

the funny part is the .com was sold for $2400 while .net and .org are available. I was wondering if it worth buying the .net ?

If you have a high level of confidence in your SEO skills, buying the .NET is completely worth it.

Odds are, the .COM buyer will sit on their domain and leave it undeveloped, waiting for a buyer. If you swoop in, develop and SEO the .NET decently right away, you will win in the long run.

If you cannot get the .COM, then get the .CO

.CO would be the most successful ccTLD in history, and give .NET a run for the money!

redemption period is usually 30 days however It's usually takes 60 days after the expiration date then another 5 days on pending delete status before it will be released and available.
    Good luck

Does anyone know the actual time at the end of the pending delete period when it becomes available to register again?
