How to add CAPTCHA to vbulletin New Thread ?

    I need a bit of help as I want to implement ReCAPTCHA to new vb threads just like DP has. I can pay if you help me. thanks

    It's just a usergroup setting. "Require Human Verification on Configured Actions"
