Good places for PPC

What are some of the best PPC advertisement places you know besides the big ones like Google or Yahoo. They must be cheap ones also, so please respond with relevant places.

Well, there is BING which merged with Yahoo. Prices for some keywords there are still dirty cheap.

 

Miva is worth a try IMHO.

 

I believe on only Google Adwords.
