hosting4wealth.net is down, what should i do now?

    Hi Adraco, thank you for great information, i have added your reputation. :)

    I do not have a big site with huge traffics, however my site is generating income to me everyday, so i cannot afford it to be downed. Due to relationship reason, my site is hosted at a private company's server which is not in my control, and i cannot move my site away from it. So my concern is what if the company's server is happened as what hosting4wealth.net is now? That's why i'm thinking of spending few dollars every month to rent a space from another big hosting company, and point my NS3 and NS4 to the big company. My site is a static site built using my own software, so no synchronization is needed.

    Their DNS setup seem to be misconfigured at the moment.

    I think, it is not only at the moment, but it is forever. But I discovered very interesting thing. Just click to: kthostingdomains.com, then click to "contact us". There you will see, that the same owner (Kenny Tan) offers another webhosting, include webhosting domains, standard webhosting, reseller webhosting e.t.c.

    The same company, the same person, the same phone, but different city and State. It is a standard behaviour of all scammers! Mr. Kenny Tan is very brazen man. Hosting4Wealth.net has been closed, thousands of users were vulgarly stolen their money and now he continue with other name.

    We are not scammer and not ever trying to run away our customer's domains.

    The truth reason was we are having serious issues on our servers that needs more days to recover the datas.

    Please follow the instruction here in order to have the ability to manage or transfer away your domains if you have them registered with us earlier on.

    Once again we truly apologize for the serious issue that happened and affecting each of our customers and we are now fighting to recover the servers back to be online as quick as we can.

    Is not we do not want to inform our clients.

    The reason our own server also got affected and all datas are lost too.

    Now, we have managed to recover back some of the clients details and are manually sending them the notification in order to have everything resolve and sorted our as quick as possible.

    We apologize again for the big troubles.

    Mate, but backup and alrternative ways of contact customer is very very important.
    That might happen any time with any of us. What you need is have the way to inform all your customers and make them patient.

    i am a customer of you,,, at least now I know that someone is facing up the problem, have two accounts, first as a reseller and second as regular customer (improsat forum). so I need to recover database from last one (improsat). how long will it take to be back online.....
    The domain is not a problem becouse i bought it from another domain seller

    Melissa, I speak with Kenny Tan on a regular basis, and he is quite upset with his help in the office and last I heard he was going to turn over his staff. Why does this keep hapening, and each time you offer an apology and the last 2 times you were unable to recover my dataq, but you were able to recover 98% of everyone elses data. This is unacceptable and has happened now 3 times!

    What kind of service are you planning on offering to members on a 99% uptime server if you cant even keep your own server open and working. Every time Kenny leaves the country to China, you guys fail miserably... Yes you guys fail, and when he gets back, he knows nothing of the sort, then I tell him all about it, and he fixes it. I think someone needs to be in there that can handle the load. It apears whenever I bring something up to support, I get threatened by you and others in security (lol) department that I will be banned for life!

    This was brought to Kenny also, He said he was very upset and would fire some people over it. I am extremely upset with you and cant even send a support ticket in. Good Job! You really messed up this time.. Now I expect FULL recovery OF ALL MY DATA! Lets see that happen ASAP! I will be talking to Kenny again soon. Yes, YOUR BOSS!

    You guys should be put in prison if you can't email your members and let them know what is goin on with the server... We cannot accept the canned response of "Look for an email from us soon" We are tired of waiting for you... What in the world is your issue, and why can't you reply to my post Melissa?

    We must know as your clients, what is happening with the server and why you keep getting hit by hackers!!!!! This is the only thing that could have happened. I as a client and your other clients are demanding an explanation as to what happened and why the server went down and when you are going to have our websites back online! We expect a full recovery since you have 99% uptime on your servers, and new locations so no natural disasters or anything could knock them out.

    I hope you are taking the time to read the replies from your clients here since we cannot sent a ticket in, and you as a business person obligated to your clients need to respond asap, we expect this to be done!

    Melissa, how can you sleep at night knowing that all of your clients ar hanging by a thread and no websites at all to been seen, no support available, and nothing coming back to us. This is a real good indication of you packing up and running with our money. If it wasn't for me knowing Kenny and talking with him regularly up until 3 months ago, I would say that is the case, but since I know and trust him, it must be something else.

    With that said, I and all clients with Hosting4Wealth.net fully expect a Full recovery asap and an explanation right here in this forum whaer you previously posted your canned responses. If you can't reply by posting a response you are much less of a professional person than I ever though you were. This is very unacceptable and will not be tolerrated one bit and you will no doubt lose 95 if not more % of all your business from these devistating actions on your part. So when your business goes down, don't sit and wonder why, just look at the custermer service you provided for your honorable clients that have been so faithful to stick by your side through each server crash and rebuilt our websites from scratch each time.

    I am now going to proceed with legal action on recovery of all funding to your company from day 1. I have all information needed to start proceedings if I do don't hear from you within 24 hours Melissa!
    This is not a threat, but a business practice that must be implemented to recover services, funds, and / or a respectable reply with a full explanation and a recover date as to when we will be back online, per your previous post here.

    Thank you and I look for an immediate response!

    Stan, why not take this up legally in the proper forum (which is not an "internet forum") instead of airing your dirty laundry here?
    Contact an attorney and go from there.

    Ultimately, lesson learned should always be - you get what you pay for. That, and always back up your data.

    Because the support was right here and I was hoping they would answer me, since everyone else was posting on here about the same thing, and I was pulling for all of us that are still waiting for the site to come up. It appears that you do not want me to post anything here, so I wont.

    Wow, this is what you get for being at the wrong host I guess. At first it looked kind of troublesome but still like something which could happen. Now it more looks like a complete failure and major downtime. Hope you get your files out/back, learn the lesson and always keep a backup for yourself and spend a few extra dollars per month for a real host.
