How to Start VCC Business

    I want to be VCC Dealer...i have found entropay, To generate VCC..but VCC at entropay can't for Sell to Customer ?? Any Want have suggetions for me ?? That VCC for Verify Paypal or Ebay...
    I Will Start VCC Business..I have credit Card..I live at indonesia...

    Please Help me..

    Hi every body
    I'm not sure I'd recommend using the PayPal plugin to create VCCs, especially if that PayPal account is linked to your bank account...

    I like VCC, its a Virtual Credit Card, it's great for family members who don't trust shopping on the internet. Paypal also verifies VCC cards and also eBay does the same as well.
