I Have to say Hostgator. Great support. Good pricing and very good quality in their service. I tried them with one site and liked it so much I ended up moving all my sites there. Check out the reseller accounts.

HostGator is the best for shared web hosting. I have a number of them including HostMonster, GoDaddy, 1-and-1, Namezero and a few others in the past - None can beat HostGator..

I dont reccomend hosts that offer unlimited things(hostgator, powweb, dreamhost... etc) as there are no such things as unlimited bandwidth ... etc.

I use mediatemple.net for my 3 sites and love it.

I would say if you want to make a reseller account go with HostGator, they have the best service and decent prices with a well managed support system.

What do you mean by 'offshore'.
    Please specify.
Do you consider Netherlands as offshore country for hosting?

Hostgator has been good for me. Just don't put all your eggs in 1 basket and have your domains and hosting with 1 company.
