Hey everyone, I'm looking to outsource my life. I've done tons of research and this is definitely the way to go. First off I'm wondering if anyone out there could give me some tips. Have you outsourced with success? how why etc. Where can I find a good outsourcing company? I've outsourced before and tragically almost immediately fired my incompetent employees. I really would like to do this because I have a huge online business with many branches. I enjoy my work a lot so I still want to do some of it but I'm looking to be the boss and run things more passively. As of now I'm at the computer and meetings and paperwork blah blah blah all day everyday. Anyone out there with some advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and one last thing, if anyone who reads this would like to get hired by me, let me know and we can discuss everything. Thanks again
Hae you considered hiring a VA? Depending on exactly what you want done most are pretty good at what they do, though please remember, "you get what you pay for". If you get a VA that cant do something, most are willing to learn if you can throw them a few pointers.
I outsource a lot of my online project to people on Rent a coder. The coders on there are ok but be careful of coders with low ratings. Thanks
I have had success using rent-a-coder as well. If you are looking to hire a full time employee, you can do so via the Philippines.
I'm a fan of getafreelancer.com and use them at times. I have heard very good stories about hiring a VA from the Phillipines and the rates are very reasonable.
Hi I am the owner of an outsourcing company. My website is www.cybervillagebd.com I do my service in elance and rent a coder. Let me know your view. Regards Newaj
You'll have to get a trusted go-getter and get him/her to fill in step by step until at least 10-20% load is off. It will take time mate trust me, I've been there. Takes years to let things go because it's common for businessmen to hold on to tasks (hell I know I still do )....
I've done my share of outsourcing myself. For the purposes that I have needed I use elance check them out they have been great to me. Get your fast, effective cash generating system for FREE at onlinecashbiz.net
I would recommend you head over to RentaCoder and hire a virtual assistant for like $300-$500 a month and they will pretty much do everything. I have a few guys doing linkwheels EVERY DAY!!!
Like the thread originator, am interested in going more down the outsourcing route for stuff like blog/forum posting, social bookmarking, link building, article/content writing and similar. Once you’ve found a good, reliable VA with the necessary skills what are the main challenges around communication with and management of your VA if they are in based in say India or the Philippines. And would you say it’s better to source a VA to work with directly or via an outsourcing company.  Thanks, Andy.
What I usually do is post a job, screen to about 5 really good candidates, hire them all and give them 3 tasks that vary in complexity (easy, medium, super hard) and see how they do on each, how much time they bill me, and how they communicate and ask questions. I then compare all the data and hire the one that is the perfect balance between cost, performance, and communication. I pay the rest for their work and give them a little extra and say, "Sorry, I've decided to go with someone else for this project." Sometimes I will go back to ones I let go and re-hire them later.
You can hire someone in the philipenes to be your full time assistant at a site like agents of value. Create some videos with screen capture software and teach them how to run your business.

I've been marketing online since 1998, and have outsourced a LOT over the years. First, it is very difficult to find a good worker who will stay with you for the longterm. But, when you find them, they are PURE gold... you'll want to treat them well. With that said, there is a GREAT product out there that provides everything you need (qualification tests, ads, etc) to find a GOOD worker. It's called the "Perfect Process." I have had more success outsourcing once I started applying what is taught... and highly recommend the product. You can find out more about this fabulous outsourcing product here: GetPerfectProcess.com ... If you decide to buy, you can use this coupon code to save 80 bucks - which brings the cost down to just $67: supersavings Using the perfect process technique, I start by offering $120/mo for 20/hrs per week. If a worker does well, I'll increase them to 40 hours/wk for $240/mo.
