hi,all i m new in seo field i just want to know that is it possible that if your one keyword rank is out of 100 for last 8 months & in only 1 day its come now in 20th rank So what are the reason behind that coz my company is appoint 1 consultant company for seo will you plz help me ????
If your website is going down than don't worry, try to follow Google rules and regulation i.e. 1. keywords 2. Content 3. Linking Google algorithms update regularly it depends upon your site relevancy and unique content.The high quality content along with keywords give more importance in search engine and your website rank high in search engine.

yes u r right i have 1 keyword "ehr" that comes 100 from last 6 months and now today its comes at 20th place so i didnt do any work for that keyword
Don’t worry about it, this juggling is common in Google, but now you concentrate on making quality hyperlinks with that targeted keyword.
I think google is juggling your site randomly to find the exact and suitable position on SERP. Current is 20 means you can go ahead of it by doing simple backlinks, changing keyword, content and description in your content to make it more relevant to your keyword.
Well, i guess you should be happy. But let me explain why it happens: authority of your domain in Google grows in time - this causes some of the ranking to go up. Sometimes when many factors will add you may get such a high jump. If your website stays there for longer do some additional link building for this keyword and page and it may go to the first page.
Your case is due to google dance, this happen time to time. However, this dont means that your site is worth to rank 20. You need to work on it and not wait for the google dance
