    rss feeds are in xml format, you create them with all important links and post & then submit the rss feed in rss feed submission sites which are quite similar to normal directory sites

    It is nothing but a RSS feed link of your blog or site updates. If you submit those links on RSS directories, it will provides you more traffic.

    RSS submission is adding your .xml RSS feed to RSS directories. Thus, they will fetch your feeds after you registered your RSS.
