I don't quite understand what you mean by anonymous hosting? No hosting is anonymous, maybe partially if you're using custom nameservers or ones that don't reflect back to the provider themselves, but you can always find out the owner of an IP regardless of which provider you go with.

1/ Do you mean domain ID protection? You can hide your identity in domain ownership listings by paying an additional fee with your domain registrar.
2/ You can also buy your own DNS cluster from some hosts to provide you with your own nameservers which creates another degree on hosting anonymity.

To protect your privacy do as said above: buy private DNS.

Some domain name registration service providers can offer that for free. In any way if you are going to do something against law be sure one day FBI find you.

Exactly. Many providers now offer this for lower than 10$ per year

Anonymous hosting not only has anonymous whois profile but also use non conventional payment like ecurrencies for anonymous payment.

I think he is trying to do something illegal, anyways you would want to check out "bullet proof hosting" google it, that is what you want.

He probably means not having to provide his information to host a website. Paying with e-gold, etc.

that isn't anonymous still.. hell anything can be traced.. If your really worried buy privacy block on most registrars and go out and buy a prepaid debit card and you will not have anything in your name..
