When I tried to log in to my Paypal India account, the account asked for my mobile number and PAN number.
I am not a resident in India and the account activated by vcc



I am a resident in a country with problems in the PayPal accounts

now I want to open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country no india .And I want to activate it using a VCC

The problem is that my Indian PayPal account linked to my ebay account , And I log on to this account from my computer.

now Can I open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country from the same computer
And send my money from my Indian PayPal, To my new PayPal
And then link my new PayPal account with my ebay account

And all this from the same computer

please help me

 

Yes indian paypal account needs PAN number and mobile number to be activated.
You can try creating a new paypal account on any other country other than india and you can link that account to your ebay account.
If you want to try these things legally then someone might want to help you who resides in that country.

This is not any problem.
Just click on the PayPal Logo on the top and you will be redirected to your account and can use it without any problem.

You can surely open another account in a family member's name from the same computer and using the same internet connection and there would not be any problem... whatsoever!

I think you can not open another paypal use different Country

 

if your country is not supported by paypal then its waste to open paypal account as it gets limited when they found
