How can I make people to visit my Blog or follow it........

You can start a group or fan page called 'Love Hurts' and put links on it to your blog. You can build your members by visiting other similar groups and letting them know about yours. If you put some good content on it, people will join and go onto your site.

I have already created a fan page and also a networked blog link both helps me getting enough visitors.May be you should try that.

Nice suggestion, and plus, as others have suggested, Build a Group or Page.... Then run small contests on your blog and advertise them to your network !

Fan Page is only the way on face book to promote your blog, it had worked for me.
