    Mine by far has to be stewie anytime he says something its bound to be hilarious i love peter but stewie takes the cake for me. A Smart Alec Homesexual Baby what could be funnier than that? Alot of things, but he says riduclous things which are many times much funnier than most the other things said in family guy, which I have been a fan of for more than 6 years now. ;) 2nd would be quagmire
