Sorry but I find these hard to believe. I have been working in domains for a very long time so I have to say that I know my way around the ol' domain PR game.

First clue to a problem with your claim is that you are selling these domains saying that they are 6 or 3 or 1 or 10 years old, yet the who is and a past domain search shows that they were just registered. You then stated that they were expired domains that you snagged that had existing PR rank...so what does the years registered have to do with your sale? If you just registered them when they expired from the previous owner, what does 6 years owned have to do with anything? Where did you pull that info from, I think we would all like to know where you found out a previously registered domain name that you grabbed when it was expired shows it was owned by the same person for 6 (just an example) years? Curious how you found that information out since you have not owned them for that period of time but just registered them in July. In the domain game the proof is in the pudding. If you can provide a third party checking source for all that you claim (a site like iwebtool.com that every knows works better than some site you own personally) it makes it much easier for buyers to feel comfortable with the sales. If you claim a number of years a domain has been registered, post a link to a third party site that everyone knows that shows that it is true. Leaving that to the buyer when you are asking for xxx money per domain stinks of something fishy. Sellers with nothing to hide post all info so that it is easy to see their product is legit and it makes for quicker sales for you.

Also, if a website has only 13 back links yet a PR ranking of 6, that would kind of draw a flag as to how in the hell it could have such a high PR ranking with hardly any sites linking to it. If it use to have a high amount of sites linking to it and does not now, then the PR will certainly drop significantly in the next update by google.

I also am curious about the posts from "UmbrellaTechnologies" in this thread that you seemed to have ignored. I will quote them since they are very suspicious sounding:

    and

Those posts would seem to point to some quick linking and a weeks amount of work to boost the numbers on at least one of the domains in your list.

I might have thought that it was just a person trying to hijack your sales thread, but they put their phone number in the post and seemed to have worked with you on domain building before...any explanation to this?

I have worked with Bob in the past and every domain he has sold me has kept it's page rank. Some times it is up to you to point links to a domain so it keeps it's current page rank.

As for "100 for cap-analysis.com - come on dude I have 2000 links pointed at that site..."

I built cap-analysis.com for Bob so he could have some of his own directory sites to sell links on and he is selling the site and I wanted it back, and have now bought it. As for 2000 links, I have about 70,000+ pages on the web and can stuff a website full of links in short order and I pointed links to Bobs site to keep up the pagerank and it worked. I have 4 pr7 sites, 16 pr6 and dozens of others and kinda know what I am talking about.

Bob is showing original age of domain and you can check when the domain was first registered anywhere. Age does not start over per owner, nor does a site go back into the sandbox upon change of ownership

As for skeptics who worry about the google sandbox, and pagerank theorys, you have not met me. In the past two pagerank updates I took 12 sites to pr6 (from pr0).

Some of this may sound like a shameless pitch of my skills, and maybe it is since the facts must be backed up. As for me, I am one of the top SEO experts on the net and can prove it. I am very careful as to who I buy from, deal with or support with my opinion and you can rest assured that Bob does not knowingly sell domains that have false page rank.

The whole internet is a risk and you have the choice to buy these domains or not but your unverified theories or ideas only hurt an upstanding member of this forum who is providing a great service.

you do realize that all domains have to start at Zero. I would think you would be smart enough to know that most on here have portfolio's full of domains and sites, which obviously can not be all put into a signature. You shouldn't base my experience off of two domains (which get over 10,000 unique a month) that I am trying to sell in my signature.

Besides, knowing my way around the pr game means that I don't manipulate the pr with redirects but let it happen naturally by link building with sites that have the same kind of content, not just directories that produce a high pr but no traffic. How many of these domains have any real traffic coming to them?? another sign that the PR is not really worth anything. If the PR came from sites that had the same interest and were listed on high PR sites, you would see a huge monthly repeat traffic coming from these sites, and since you did not list any traffic details, I would image that they get hardly any.

I ask for clarification since it seemed suspicious and you insult me rather than just trying to clarify to help make you more sales??? Sorry, I can not understand or level with a person that arrogant and with that horrible business practices.
Hopefully others see how you talk to people and how unprofessional you are with your responses.

Its too bad, since you seem to have some sort of incredible nack for registering all high PR names without manipulating them on your own, and no one else here on DP is able to do that with the volume or with as high a PR rank as you can provide with so many domains (very suspicious still).

Sorry, but quickly linking a list of domains to quickly increase the page rank of a domain to turn around and sell it is not what I would call a good business practice or good seo. It a quick way to make a buck and it is impressive but provides nothing other than a false sense that the domain is well established across the net (what PR rank is based on).

I guess we just see the value of PR differently. True PR rank will also be accompanied by traffic. PR rank that is quickly thrown together by mass linking and links that may not be there in a couple of months is the exact definition of manipulating a domains page rank to sell it.

No thanks...I will save my money and spend it on PR domains that have earned it the old fashion way rather than some teaming up to create fast linking that may be gone just as quick as it was put together. I believe this is why google continues to have to try and find different ways to rank sites, since people take advantage of their system just like this.

As far as your comments about false accusations, I stand by my original thoughts on this. Others in this thread have also spoken up about this and I do not find it a coincidence that they too think that there is something fishy going on. You have proven part of it by filling us in that you quickly used a ton of links to make the PR dramatically change in a short period of time, which is now being used to sell these domains for a lot more than they were worth prior to that fast linking technique.

I asked for some clarification and was met with insults and arrogance, only making me feel that there is something being hidden since a simple reply to clarify would have been the more appropriate response from someone trying to make sales with nothing to hide.

I will leave this thread alone going forward, as I obviously am not going to get my questions answered completely and it is obvious that I personally want nothing to do with PR domains that were quickly made in the way you designed. I think it is fair to people on DP to say that they should proceed with caution and to use their own tools and resources to verify any claims you have made. I also think it is fair to let them know that these PR domains probably will lose their rank soon down the road since your mass quick linking will probably not stick for a long period of time. I would hate for 6 months from now their domain they paid XXX dollars for is now a PR 0 or 1 because all the mass links you used to raise its PR are now gone or "something" changed in your setup and quickly raise a sites PR to sell it plan.

I think most buyers and sellers on DP just want an honest playing field so that we know we are getting exactly what is advertised. I am concerned that is not the case with this sale and the hostility that was shown in response to clarification question accomplishes nothing but negativity.

Thanks for your time and good luck to you in your future honest business endeavors.

10k visitors month? Wow, that IS impressive....cough....cough.....

You obviously need to spend more time promoting your PR nothing "sites" than you do crapping on others threads.

Alot of you may not know it but sometimes domains can share a PR rating. Just a for Instance my website www.travelforpoker.com is a PR5 with zero backlinks .It is PR5 because i bought it for http://www.travel4poker.com to get error hits. If i sold this domain the buyer would think he is getting a pr5 but in reality as soon as i severed the tie with my 'real website; that PR will pretty much sink to the bottom.
