It is tough to guess the reason for Paypal's action without knowing your transaction history. The e-mail which you would have received should be the best source to give you any information on this.... if any! Never heard about this '21 day period hold' before... and so I am totally clueless! If there was any Unusual activity in Your account.. your account may easily get Hold Do these things to make your account safe and secure 1. make it verified using CC or bank account. 2. Accept payments from verified account only..! Thus I hope you will Never come to hold again..!

Were you from ?Your point of origin might affect your account or perhaps you can call paypal about their reasons of holding your accounts. Do you accept suspicious money transfer or perhaps unusual activity in your paypal or have you submitted valid proofs and identification ?. I guess it is much better to asked paypal coz you will be getting the right answer why they are holding your paypal account until now

Is the money you are getting from ebay sales , i heard they hold payment till buyer confirm the product recieved.
