How to create multiple site map ?

    I using XML-sitemap generator for my wp site, would like to know how to create extra sitemap with the plugin ??

    I use Dagon Design Sitemap Generator for my blog, it's awesome, i can even create this in a separate page.

    Google sitemap generator is a good sitemap generator tool. But it is not suitable for large sites, because of the limit of 500 pages.

    The following tool is another excellent tool and has no limit of pages;

    You should create two separate site maps. Save the first as sitemap.xml and the second as sitemap2.xml. This should fix ou problem. JUst make sure to include a link on the first sitemap to the seeond.

    can u ask, how to request sitemap generator to write first 50k url in sitemap.xml and second 50k post in sitemap2.xml ?

    Actually you doesnt need 2 sitemaps..! coz a single sitemap can do it all..!

    Anyway.. if you need 2, i can make it so..!

    And I can Make it spilit Not into 50k and next one 50k

    But i can Divide it into 2 on some other basis..!

    I've personally never used SiteMap Generator. A simple way though is to simply make a duplicate it by copping and pasting. This would create to distinct sitemaps.

    site not working ...

    any solution on sitemap XML ??? cause google webmaster tool no longer accept my site map due to over size ... :(

    You can do it by writing a plugin. I've not seen a plugin that can do it automatically. In the Yoast.com, there's a post that show how to create a custom rss page, I think we can implement that for creating sitemap.

    Yeah. I agree with her..you can use dagondesign plugin for your sitemap. It is very easy to use btw why do you need many sitemaps. Having 1 sitemap is enough

    I use this one - hxxp://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/ and it works really well for me. But, I don't know that it makes 2 sitemaps or not.

    Hi,
    You can use Dagon Design Sitemap Generator or u can make a custom template for sitemap pages if u are not handy coder then dagon plugin is for u.
