    Hello,
I have submitted my Blog to Google News on 19 Apr 2010 then i got a auto mail to confirm my submission as their guidelines. so i reliped and confirmed my submission as their guidelines but still i have not got any email of acceptance or disapproval.

I have submitted to Yahoo news but not got any reply from them also.

Can Anybody tell me that how many days it takes to get my answer from Google news and Yahoo News ?

I think you should got your Press Release (PR) to be submitted with some PR distributor such as Officialwire.com instead of submit your blog post into Google News. Your post will be a little chance to being accepted, unless your story is big and attractive enough.

I will suggest you to make one press release and Google automatically catch it.

I cannot tell you about Yahoo News since they also never replied to me. With Google News we are listed though.

When I was submitting our site to Google News, it took over two weeks to get a reply. And then the first three times they declined us, until we did some corrections to the site.

Here's some tips to get accepted:
    - Make sure your domain name is registered in a company's name - NOT in your personal name. Google News ONLY accepts domains that belong to registered and existing companies, they DO NOT accept personal blogs.
    - Make sure your company's name is prominently featured in the footer, about us page, etc...
    - The site MUST have multiple writers. If you're the only one writing it, forget about being included.
    - ALL writers must use their real names (NOT nicknames or pseudonyms). These names should be listed in your "about" or "staff" page. Each post should also contain the poster's name.
    - Your site should be at least a year old and should've been updated regularly during that time.
    - Your site should have a unique and professional looking design. They won't accept blogs using default templates.
    - All of your content has to be original - they will check you on copyscape.
    - Make sure you have a proper privacy policy page.

Anyway, hope this helps, good luck.

P.S. And if you don't get accepted, that can also happen. From what I remember there's less than 5,000 sites listed in Google News, so it's extremely tough to get into it.

You can also submit your site to EcommWire.com and Express-Press-Release.com. It is hard to submit your blog post into Google News.
