Maybe your visitors took their clicks back? Maybe the dingo ate your baby?

 

A balance transfer usually happens when your account changes the currency - so if you switch from dollars to euros, for example, the dollar balance is "transferred" to the euro total.

how could that be..? it is for saudi riyals and not euros and the reports are always showed in dollars

 

The people who visit your site is inefficient.

 

It is very puzzling. There's no simple reason why your earnings are been deducted at the end of the month. You should make an enquiry to Google for an explanation. The deduction doesn't seem to be related to click fraud or anything related to inappropriate activity. It could simply be an administrative error on Google's part so you've got to investigate.
