in a wordpress blog, people can leave their website as a backlink in comments.
so, if some websites with bad reputation have backlink to my website, will it affect to my SEO Rank ?

 

Would be really easy for your competitors to sabotage your site if it did...so I'd say the effect would be pretty minimal if at all.

Nah mate, I'd say you are safe. The big G is more sophisticated than that... They are clever people over there. Google might delist for blackhat methods (depending on how you approach the topic, say if you build a blog-farm way too fast and stuff like that) but backlinks from below average sites shouldn't do you harm, so no worries.

 

Link to your website will not hurt you. Link from your website will hurt you. The reason is that you cannot control if others want to link to you. You can only control the outgoing links.

 

In my personal experience, the answer here would be not that simple as yes/no.
There are rumors, that the answer is specific for each site-acceptor. In more detail, if your site is young and has no history records, such bad links might cause a penalty from Google. However, if your site is old and mature enough with thousands of old backlinks pointing to it, the nothing can harm this website, even 10 000 links from 'bad sites'.
