I am selling one of my biggest money making sites because i have no time for it as i've got bigger fish to fry. Im moving to California soon and have not been able to give this site the attention it deserves.

    My site is http://www.blademasterswholesale.com

Last December it did over $20,000 in sales. With advertising. It continuously does between $1500-$2500 per month is sales without one bit of advertising however recently i turned the cart off so people cant place an order because im getting ready to move to california and have too much on my plate. I have not advertised it because ive been to busy with other sites/projects.

The site uses a single supplier for all of its inventory, you do not have to stock inventory as you can simply order the stuff you need 2-3 times a week from the supplier then ship it out when you get it in stock.

The site currently has several hundred products on it however i have not updated it with any of the suppliers new products in a long long time.

If you update this site and give it the attention it needs/deserves i can pretty much guarantee you that you will bring in thousands of dollars per month.

I understand many people on these forums may not want to tinker with having to ship products etc however if you have a girlfriend or family member in mind that is not doing much this would be perfect for them.

Items that you buy wholesale from the supplier sell from 100-400 percent markup as far as profit margin, many items i have priced well below that because i like to sell in volume.

I can promise you that if you get this site updated and start advertising for the xmas season you will be very happy with your sales. You can also pump the same products into amazon and make even more money.

I am asking $4000 to turnover the domain, hosting which is using a volusion shopping cart at http://www.volusion.com current package im paying is $97 per month.

I will let you order from my current account with the supplier or you can create your own.

Are all the products manufactured in Asia and how do the suppliers deliver the product to you?

Or are the products dropshipped straight to the buyer?

hi most items are manufactured in china or taiwan, the supplier carries a huge variety of products from name brand to cheapies, however all items are very profitiable.

there are litereally hundreds of new products i have yet to add and some old ones that have to come off.

the items are not dropshipped, you would have to order from the supplier then ship when they come in. i usually order 2-3 times a week from the supplier.

if someone wants to actually work they will make a ton of money with this site, its too bad that i have other projects that are making me good money to attend to this one right now.

i tried to sell to one person and he struggled to keep up last holiday season so i ended up taking it back and refunding his deposit/payments. i believe last december there were something like 847 orders. the site even then was not updated with all of the latest/greatest products.

oh and the supplier ships to me by ups ground. usually takes one day from the day it ships to me because they are only one state away.

another way to make money on this site is to build it up with newest products then flip it after xmas when youve made a lot of money already. you will be very busy though.

What are the profit margins on the '$1500-$2500' that it makes monthly w/o advertising (please be sure to include your shipping costs, not just sold price munus cost of item sold)?
I assume you will disclose the advertising that you have used in the past years to make the site so successful?
    Who is the supplier?

i have not been tracking profits recently if you pm me ill setup a loging for you to take a peak at. however the sites stats are a mess because most items i never setup the cost fields,

what i have done though is marked up most products 40-60 percent to stay competitive then added a lot of markup on the shipping. on a 3lb sword i will put a weight of 7lbs if they order several items you make out like a bandit on the shipping. you can change this if you wish, but just wanted to let you know a lot of the profit is actually in the shipping currently.

Very interested in this since the wife will be quitting her job soon.

Can you PM me the answers to all the questions iBold asked? Is the price firm or negotiable?

I'm mainly looking for actual profit margin info and confirmation on how much you spent on PPC marketing.

well you would have to have the products shipped to your office in the u.s and then have that person ship the items back out to your customers, this is not a dropshipped business. it for someone who has the ability/interest in doing the shipping themselves. but without any overhead other than advertising,

How quickly are you trying to sell this business. I would also like to know profit details, including what was spent on PPC and when.

How long ago was PPC used? What has been the sales and traffic without PPC? How long has the site actually been established?

last time pay per click was used was last january, in december and january on days i was advertising i had a budget between $50 and $150 per day.

My best day was $1800 sales plus shipping (lot of profit comes from shipping)
I averaged over $1k per day in sales,

The guy i was selling it to could not keep up, im telling you guys, the site is indexed well right now but any of you s.e.o. experts out there could easily bump this site up into the stratosphere without having to spend a ton on google adwords/adsense.

Ive owned the site now for about 2 years. however its been like a stepchild project of mine. The price i have set at right now is a bargain but i am considering offers. It will take a bit of work and maintenance but you should be able to cash in by xmas. Im willing to help as much as possible with your ad campaigns, if you throw the products up on amazon you are talking probalby double the sales. Last xmas i had over $20k in sales on amazon in one month with the same product line. They do not charge a listing fee either only a flat 15 percent of the sale.
