Selling Boston Yellow Pages & Classifieds site

    I have a Boston site for sale that features Business Yellow Page listings and a Boston Classifieds, the yellow pages is custom coded MySQL CSS / PHP based and the Wordpress classifieds runs on the latest version of WP classipress (fully licensed)

    http://www.insideboston.net/classifieds/ are currently free but there is an option to charge fees on the site, sell banners, ad adsence to it etc. Classipress is easy to run, is customizable and has an admin panel

    about 50 in bound links, 228 indexed pages => http://websitegrader.com/site/www.insideboston.net/

    allmost full year left on domain - domain hosted with DYNADOT.com and can be transfered to an account on that site for free (accounts there are free)

    revenue from google last year was about $230 and we sold a few text links on the site - the clicks are few but ussualy decent paying so makes up for it, more traffic would certainly help

    My host has been undependable lately so I have had to sell off a number of sites and this one has been in that group.

    - the Classifieds part is run on WPclassipress - $69 value
    - the Yellow Pages is custom coded (dont know the name), we bought the site here on DP a year or two ago, then added the classifieds script to add value to the site and made them look the same
    - over 11475 listings in the Yellow pages section - easy to edit, delete or add more
