Twitter vs Facebook

Which is a better Facebook or twitter? I use twitter but many of their friends use facebook?

I like facebook. It's not perfect, but I like better the "friend" system than the "follower / following" system.

Twitter is perfect for Business. Facebook is perfect for Socialization..

 

In terms of making money? I've had more success with Twitter.

 

Both are good, but i used facebook and linked facebook with twitter, my all posts on facebook automatically post on twitter as well.

 

Twitter is good for Business like Sales and Services, Facebook can get you good Traffic, but is not much suited for Businesses as per me

 

For me, twitter is better for traffic purpose. You could find a lot tools to help you in promoting your sites on twitter like tweetaddr and others.

I like facebook because I can get real life updates. But with twitter, the only thing that interests me is the actors and singers updates that I follow.

For marketing, I think Facebook is better for brands and companies, and twitter is better just for simple, pure traffic

Another advantage to facebook, I never got banned, whereas I most be Twitter's most wanted fugitive

 

I never became found of Facebook. I dislike their terms of services especially with regards to privacy. That being said I am advertising there as its a good please to reach targeted audience . Now Twitter I signed up back in 96 when it was still part of ODEO and still love it. It achieved an amazing growth in popularity only in few years time and its now mainstream.
