I was using GVO for a while. They offer a lot more than webhosting for 45 dollars a month. If you want to pay under $30/month, then you probably should look at HostGator.

While you may save money to begin with going this route to begin with it will cost you in the end. If you are serious about web hosting it's well worth it spending a bit more for a quality reseller. I recommend HostGator because they have fantastic support and also include a WHMCS licence. Personally I can't praise WHMCS enough. It's the most amazing software I have found online. Jack
