$156 I did one day back in 2007... I don't know how, what or who, but the following day, it went back to normal of about $15 per day. About a year later, my account was banned.. I never looked back and moved on to other Adsense like Programs.
Everything has been said or talked about atleast 5 times here. No-one really bothers to use the search option to find threads related to what they're looking for... WHY?
