RockYOU ad company good or bad ?

I have seen more and more publishers using RockYou ad company. It is mainly for facebook ads but also can be put on your site.

Please let me know your review about this company & their payment method.

I've heard that it's good from a friend. Their rates aren't exactly high at all times, but they do pay via paypal.

It's funny cause when I tried them, they never counted any clicks.

I had like 5,000 views with 0 clicks. they didn't answer my emails either...

 

they pay based on CPM, means based on impressions not clicks i think.

so i have been putting RockY0u ads in corners where viewers cant even see it and still get like $3 bucks everyday lol

 

CPM only... It's like 1 or 2 cents CPM with me.

Do they even pay ? Even if you get 0% CTR ?
