Are you still purchasing with paypal?

So i want to ask if you are still purchasing with paypal?

i have a fear that my account might get limited or payment reversals which happened last time around , 2-3 months back. It seems quite impossible to not pay anyone with paypal, i have to make around 10-20 transactions daily with paypal, when i have to pay others.

Would like to hear from you all, how are we going to deal with this situation.?

 

Yes i am able to pay through paypal. Yesterday i paid for my hosting by paypal. No problem with paypal.

 

Precisely for the same reason, i never use paypal for making outgoing payments, instead i pay directly with my credit card through 2CO or google checkout. Losing a paypal account for petty small payments is not worth the risk.

You should also know that our Indian govt doesnt like us sending payment abroad - be it with bank or paypal. I spoke with my CA and he told me that it is always best if you use your credit card to make online payments outside india.

i do use paypal for one or two occasions for hosting and domains (only business related) but i am avoiding paying to people because it will constitute a personal payment. If paypal notices this, they will limit your account.

 

I paid for hosting with my Paypal. I didnt receive any mail from Paypal regarding such rule so I pay. And there is no reversal yet. I dont think Paypal will limit the account in one go but they will reverse it and and will inform about policy updates first.

 

I did make a payment couple of days back and I will do so... until and unless Paypal officially updates the directive regarding the same on its policy update page!

Yes I am paying to my clients regularly with Paypal and everything is okay.

 

busy account you have there dude,.. to me, I would consider to limit,.. just like you said coz you got busy account and hugh amount to spent[if you spent a lot ]

I am using PayPal actively for receiving as well as sending payment AS USUAL. The only thing I do differently, I don't let any excess money lie in the account and withdraw as much as possible as soon as possible { - lesson has been learnt . Thanks PayPal :| }

Yep, Im buying hosting, renewing Domains and outsourcing from PP balance, No problem whatsoever.
But the only thing im worried about is that , dont knwo when PP will start reversing these transactions.
Really confused atm!

 

yes. i have no other mode. paypal is the only availale in our country. if i do pay and receive from legit i think paypal wont limit my account.
