Sending a lot of payments using PayPal?

Hi! I had an idea of creating one of these website where people could earn money, I was doing some calculations when I realized I would have to do thousands of payments monthly at certain point. So I was wondering how does the other "money making websites" send instant payments? These are obviously beeing sent automatically. I heard PayPal blocks some accounts for sending too many payments, so is it possible to avoid having issues with PayPal when doing this?

 

You're right if your Paypal account is not verified I think they limit you to withdrawls of $400 a month. They might get mad if you get 'gifted' payments in LARGE amounts because this somehow dodges the Paypal fees to make Paypal profitable and maybe they find this as abuse?

 

Well i guess i should be verifying my paypal, i wonder how much is the cost for verification.. thanks for this tip.!

I think there is no cost at verifying yout PayPal account, you just have to link it with a credit card or bank account.

I know about the limit. I think its just a need to verify it for me, since I will be moving hundreds, or maybe thousand of dollars. I was just wondering, would they do something with my account if I recive a lot of payments and send a lot of payments daily?

 

There is no cost to PayPal verification. I would also have a Google Checkout account as a backup.

If you will be sending lots of payments then your best option is payoneer. Apply to become a partner at http://www.payoneer.com/payout.aspx and when you are approved as a payoneer partner the people you need to send money to will apply for the payoneer mastercard.
Payoneer is the best mass payout solution that I know of.

 

Thanx, I tought on making these payments with PayPal since most of the people working online uses this payment processor. I have never heard of Payoneer. Another problem I face is that i will have to recive maybe as manny problems these I make so I should find payment processors that meet these requeriments. Also its hard for me to veryfi an account with credit card or bank account since im 16, but I guess it is a must in these business

 

You should look to open a business account and do mass pay for paying all your clients!

But being an underage could pose you problems and you should, if possible try to do business in the name of the elders in your family!

Thank you! I thought on doing these business in the name of my brother or someone else, ussing his credit card to verify. Anyways I will do a lot of research and get very informed since I don't wanna have legal issues. I don't know what is mass pay and how to do it, could you tell more about it please?

 

Mass pay is available for business and premier accounts. The fee is only 2% which is great compared to the fees associated with sending individual payments. I should mention that it does not cost anything to get verified.

 

if ur paypal ac is verified then there no need worry about how numbers of payment are being proceed.

Google checkout is a payment processor just like paypal and others but I think it is still not available world wide so not much people aware of it.
