Buying changing dynamic urls to static using mod rewrite .htaccess

Looking for someone to help serve up static urls to viewers from dynamic urls

example thi dynamic url looks like this: http://holidayhomesineurope.com/property_details.php?property_id=12

Needs to be shown as per below


The static url looks like this: www.holidayhomesineurope.com/holiday-homes/england/yourkishire-humber.html

I'm going out on the limb here, haven't contacted OP yet, but the whole purpose of this post is he is using a CMS that generates dynamic pages, therefore the URL paths would need to be generated dynamically also, so in regards to your question of how many different URL paths, I'd imagine its infinite.
