    I have multiple blogs with pr3 to pr5..... 4 PR 4s, 1 PR5 and 1 Pr3

    I can get many more PR3s

    When you consider that a PR4 link on something like text-link-ads costs $25 a month it's very cheap. The c-channel certainly looks interesting and may be worth a try. However, the 120 day clause is a bit concerning, it's not clear if that $35 is a one off or recurring and I'd also worry about ensuring relevancy of links.

    PR aren't mean shit. quality of site, position of link and topic of site is much more important
