Selling The Cleveland Show Website Popular Comedy series now!

Im selling this Cleveland Show site that i maintained and updated, site's for alexa of 2.5million++ PR 1 and has alot of backlinks but it hasnt shown yet since they domain is quite new. It done submissions to vid sites and the previous owner has done some great job on SEO.

Since The Cleveland Show is quite popular now its gonna be a good buy as you can get easily 300 uniques.you can add CPA lead or whatever cpa offers into it, i believe it will be profitable in the long run. Is offshore hosting required for this kind of site?

 

i dont think so as im doing fine with hostgator myself, note that all vids are not hosted on the server but external links

 

Yeah, but you are linking to copyrighted material that you dont have the rights to which might be a problem, i am interested but this is the main factor holding me back

 

i have specifically asked hostgator on the content and they are very well aware of the copyright issues and they allowed me still to host it on their servers. If you feel that its not safe for you u could migrate it to a server of your choice anytime. btw if u take it now i have just renewed the hosting for another mth i could let you have the hostgator account as well as its not used by me anymore

 

I have emailed my host as i have a server and would want to transfer the site to my server. Ill let you know once I receive confirmation that the site is ok to go onto my server and i will purchase the site.

My host has gotten back to me and unfortunatly i cannot host this site on my server, it would need offshore hosting as you are linking to copyright material you do not have the rights to. Hostgator may say it is ok for this but if they receive a DMCA cease and desist order they will take your site down. Thanks for your help and if you ever make a site that is licensed to show the material along the same lines i would be VERY interested!

 

you could get a offshore hosting account to host it then, its still the same as ive hosted in on hostgator for close to 2months now and no trouble with copyright

 

Yeah u wont get any trouble until someone reports it then your site will get taken down. I would host on an offshore host bu i dont have the money to do so
