How long to get page ranked from start with high PR links

I am starting a site soon and want atleast a PR 7 or higher as fast as posible. If right away I buy all the PR links I need to get there approximately how long before the high Page Rank shows?

Also another question I have is should I buy all the high PR links at once or wait till I get indexed.

    Or perhaps build PR slowly.

I want the most for buck.

    Thanks

The google toolbar hasn't been updating correctly for many months. There is no way to know if or when it will happen next. Trying to go from zero to PR7 with paid links could raise a flag - and PR isn't going to help you rank any better.

Building a PR 7 website with just paid links will be quite costly. You can probably get to a PR 5 or a 6 pretty easily but I think the jump from 6-7 is quite hard. Please correct me if I'm wrong :)

Buying links for PR is against Google Guidelines. So if you want to have those PR5/PR6 try to build quality content site so that webmaster from other site will link back to you because of your content.

It's definitely true that PR5 and PR6 are quite easy to get if you have money to spend. Hire an expert in link building/seo and you will get that PR. BTW why you care too much about PR? Is it because you want to have higher rankings in SERP?

You need to buy a few links on pr 7+ sites, your new site should have pr within 3 - 4 months.

Keep in mind pr is a small part in the overall scheme of things, and plays little part in ranking. A good rule of thumb is, the higher the cost per click of a given term, the longer it will take to rank naturally

PR basically means nothing, unless of course you're using it to sell links to webmasters who think it means something. ;)
