How do you explain the negative feedback about your hosting service? :S

 

Check the feedback dates, they are very old. Most of them are due to the client not knowing how to do something and have not bothered contacting our support team. Plus most of them we have already resolved privately with the customer, they just never updated the feedback.

Since December of 2009 to now, we have grown from 3 staff members to 7 staff members. We now provide 24x7 support and use at least 8 core servers. We are all about quality and customer service - customers are the main point of our hosting company.

 

Will notice be sent out before you terminate the account? Is it per site or per account? As in... let's say I have 4 sites, and one of them is causing the high load, are you going to terminate all my 4 sites, or just that one site?
Is the termination permanent or temporary? As in, are you going to ban the account forever, or unban the account once the the trouble causing site is taken off?

 

We don't terminate for high CPU usage, we only suspend. You can then contact us when you're ready to rectify the high CPU usage, and we can unsuspend it. And if you're going to host 4 sites under one cPanel account, we will suspend the cPanel account, meaning 4 sites. If you're purchasing a reseller, you can create a cpanel account per domain, and we will only suspend the cPanel account which has the domain using the high CPU usage.

The suspension is temporary, you just contact us to unsuspend it when you're ready to fix the high CPU usage.
